The highly anticipated Ethereum-based action role-playing game, Treeverse, is gearing up to kick off its first in-game rewards season on April 19th. Following its successful multi-platform release last month on iOS, Android, and Windows, players can now look forward to a 30-day campaign that promises exciting rewards.
During this season, Treeverse will be allocating 2.76% of the game’s upcoming END token supply, in addition to Immutable (IMX) and Pixelmon (MON) tokens, to players. The rewards structure is designed to cater to both dedicated “grinders” and high-level players, offering incentives for various in-game achievements.
Players can earn rewards by completing daily quests, reaching specific skill levels, and competing on leaderboards that track dungeon runs, gold acquisition, experience points, and monster shard collection. To qualify for these rewards, players must purchase at least one of the game’s NFTs, which are available starting at around $5.
In a recent announcement, Treeverse revealed that players who hold partner tokens or own specific NFTs from previous collections will receive additional multipliers on their rewards. The game’s developer, Endless Clouds, has confirmed that the END token launch will occur at least one month after the conclusion of Season 1.
In conjunction with the rewards season, Treeverse will be introducing its first NFTs on the Immutable zkEVM blockchain. These NFTs will be split into non-tradable soulbound tokens and tradable “Crowns,” with each player limited to owning one Crown per digital wallet.
Ahead of the Season 1 launch, all player progress has been reset, with a future progress wipe scheduled before the rollout of Season 2. Immutable, a prominent Ethereum gaming platform, operates two scaling networks: Immutable X and Immutable zkEVM. The company recently announced plans to merge these networks by migrating Immutable X assets to the layer-2 zkEVM.
