A Promising Future for SOL-Based Meme Tokens: Fartcoin and Popcat

A well-respected crypto analyst is optimistic about the future of a Solana (SOL)-based meme token, hinting at potential upward movements in the coming days.

Altcoin Sherpa, a pseudonymous trader with a significant following on X, recently shared insights with his 244,000 followers regarding Fartcoin (FARTCOIN), an AI-based meme token. He believes that Fartcoin is poised to surpass the $1 resistance level, following substantial gains over the past month. However, Altcoin Sherpa suggests that the token may first retreat to the .382 Fibonacci retracement level at $0.70, a common tool used in technical analysis to identify support and resistance levels.

Expressing his view on Fartcoin’s potential, Altcoin Sherpa stated, “Don’t have much of an opinion on Fartcoin at the current level; would probably wait to buy on a break of $1 or at $0.70. Still think this one goes much higher later but not sure in the short term. Regardless, hot air rises and this is the meme of the cycle in my opinion.”

As of the latest update, Fartcoin is trading at $0.871, marking a 220% increase from its value on March 18th when it stood at $0.267.

Shifting focus to another SOL-based memecoin, Popcat (POPCAT), Altcoin Sherpa predicts a temporary decline before a potential surge. He anticipates Popcat to dip towards the Fibonacci retracement level around $0.23 before reversing course and experiencing a significant uptrend.

Discussing Popcat’s outlook, Altcoin Sherpa mentioned, “POPCAT hoping to grab an entry at the $0.23 region, let’s see if it comes. Might scalp before then though.”

Currently, Popcat is priced at $0.24, reflecting a 6.9% decline in the last 24 hours.
