Plume Partners with Goldfinch to Expand Real-World Asset Finance
Plume is teaming up with Goldfinch to expand real-world asset finance by bringing several private credit funds onchain.
Plume, a layer 1 modular blockchain for real-world asset finance, has announced a strategic partnership with Goldfinch to enhance the accessibility of private credit funds on the blockchain. This collaboration aims to provide institutional investors with access to top private credit funds on Nest, Plume’s RWA staking platform. Goldfinch, known for its expertise in onchain private credit, will bring its institutional-grade offerings to Plume’s ecosystem, offering sustainable yield opportunities to Nest users through Goldfinch Prime’s suite of private credit products.
Goldfinch Prime offers a range of private credit products from leading alternative asset managers such as Apollo, Golub, Aries, and Stellus, collectively managing over $1 trillion in assets. Through specially-built rails, Goldfinch Prime subscribes to these funds and streams the yield onchain, enabling Plume to democratize access to previously inaccessible investment opportunities.
“This partnership shows how we can leverage Plume’s infrastructure to turn previously inaccessible investment opportunities into fully permissionless and composable assets,” said Teddy Pornprinya, co-founder and chief business officer of Plume.
Plume’s collaboration with Goldfinch is not only about bringing traditional finance products onchain but also about democratizing access to these assets for crypto-natives. By integrating institutional-grade private credit into Nest’s staking offerings, Plume aims to transform restricted investment vehicles into permissionless and liquid assets, accessible to all users on the Plume blockchain.
Plume’s commitment to accelerating tokenization in the alternative asset market is evident through its recent partnerships with Ondo Finance, Superstate, and Music Protocol. Additionally, the platform secured a significant strategic investment from YZi Labs, formerly Binance Labs, led by Changpeng ‘CZ’ Zhao. This investment, announced on March 17, adds to Plume’s successful $20 million series A round in December 2024, backed by prominent venture capital firms Brevan Howard Digital, Galaxy Ventures, and Haun Ventures.
