Data privacy and security
Self-sovereign identity (SSI) technology is gaining momentum as a means to bolster data privacy and security while adhering to regulatory frameworks like the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation.
The upcoming digital identity product will offer support for authentication, verification, and interactions with digital asset services, catering to the needs of enterprises and consumers navigating the digital landscape while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.

World Mobile Chain, the underlying infrastructure of this project, is strategically designed to promote blockchain adoption among European enterprises by providing scalability and efficiency for decentralized applications on the Base network.
This digital ID solution will empower companies to seamlessly integrate blockchain-based identity verification processes without compromising user privacy.
Viglione emphasized the critical role of privacy in digital identity systems, emphasizing the need for technologies like zero-knowledge proof to ensure data remains secure and confidential.
The anticipated benefits of this product include streamlining digital access across various sectors while empowering users with greater control over their online identities.
