Analyst Predicts Rallies for Solana (SOL) as Bulls Take Control
An analyst who has achieved the prestigious “Master Trader” rank on the popular crypto exchange Bybit has shared his bullish outlook on Solana (SOL), the native asset of the layer-1 protocol. The pseudonymous analyst, known as Bluntz, took to social media platform X to notify his 321,400 followers about his positive stance on SOL.
Bluntz highlighted a significant breakthrough for SOL as it moved above a long-standing diagonal resistance that had been suppressing the price since late May. This breakthrough has fueled the analyst’s optimism, leading him to believe that Solana and other tokens within its ecosystem are poised for a bullish momentum in the coming days.
Currently, SOL is valued at $152, indicating a potential uptrend as per the analyst’s analysis. Additionally, Bluntz highlighted a specific Solana-based token, Pudgy Penguins (PENGU), an NFT project that he believes is on the verge of a substantial surge. The breakout of PENGU from a falling wedge pattern signals a bullish reversal, with the analyst anticipating a significant price increase.
Bluntz’s chart analysis suggests that PENGU could reach $0.025, with the current price standing at $0.014, showcasing a 6% increase in the past day. Furthermore, the analyst hints at the potential outperformance of altcoins compared to Bitcoin, showcasing a bearish divergence on the Bitcoin Dominance (BTC.D) chart. This divergence implies a shift in market dynamics favoring altcoins over Bitcoin.
Currently, BTC.D is at 65.45%, indicating a potential trend reversal in favor of altcoins. As Bluntz remains bullish on Solana and Pudgy Penguins, his insights suggest a favorable market environment for altcoin investors in the near term.
