Ethereum (ETH) May Be Poised for New All-Time Highs, Analyst Predicts
A well-known analyst who is highly regarded for his accurate crypto predictions has suggested that Ethereum (ETH) could be on the verge of reaching new all-time highs. Pentoshi, a trader who shares insights with nearly 800,000 followers on the social media platform X, believes that the leading altcoin by market cap is gearing up for a significant upward movement as demand for spot ETH exchange-traded funds (ETFs) continues to rise.
In a recent post, Pentoshi expressed his bullish sentiment, stating, “ETH new yearly highs on deck. We did it. You won’t believe what hopefully comes next… ETH now at $4,000. Yearly highs next. Have discussed the early changes of the ETF and now the accelerating pace. No reason to think we don’t see all-time highs and maybe beyond. If this pace keeps going for flows, it won’t take long.”
Furthermore, the analyst pointed out that ETH is starting to outperform both Bitcoin (BTC) and Solana (SOL) in the market. He emphasized, “Remember when BTC was skyrocketing but hardly anyone had exposure. ETH is very likely next. But most people wrote it off as dead. Now it’s been outperforming both BTC and SOL quietly as they begin to bid.”
Pentoshi also highlighted the strong demand for spot ETH ETFs, noting the significant inflows in recent days. He shared, “Last few days of ETH ETF flows: December 5th: $429 million. December 4th: $167.7 million. December 3rd: $132.6 million. December 2nd: $24.2 million. November 29th: $332.9 million. I believe more than all the months before combined net.”
Ethereum is currently trading at $4,015, showing a 5.1% increase in the last 24 hours. The cryptocurrency reached its all-time high of approximately $4,900 in 2021.
As the market continues to evolve and demand for ETH grows, analysts like Pentoshi remain optimistic about the future price trajectory of Ethereum. Investors and traders are advised to stay informed and monitor the market closely to capitalize on potential opportunities in the cryptocurrency space.
