The acquisition involved the issuance of convertible notes amounting to 33,750,000 HKD, which will increase the group’s stake to approximately 74% upon full conversion by the acquiring parties. This move follows the successful collaboration between UTXO Management and Sora Ventures in supporting Japan’s Metaplanet on its Bitcoin journey.
The stock of HK Asia Holdings Limited has seen significant growth, with shares trading at 1.380 HKD on January 24, representing a 23.21% daily increase and a five-day rise of 33.33%. The year-to-date change stands at an impressive 366.67%, supported by a substantial trading volume of 13,284,000 shares.
With a market capitalization of 448 million HKD and a 2023 price-to-earnings ratio of 18.3x, the company has shown strong performance, hitting a 52-week low of 0.212 HKD on January 18, 2024, and a high of 1.63 HKD on January 7, 2025. These figures suggest a bullish trend that could continue as Moon Inc. explores opportunities in the digital asset markets.
