Ripple’s Impact in the UK
Before facing legal challenges from the SEC in 2020, Ripple’s CEO Brad Garlinghouse hinted at the possibility of relocating the company’s global headquarters from San Francisco to London. Currently, Ripple maintains a significant office in London, serving as a key European hub for the company.
The Ripple leadership has commended the UK for its progressive approach to digital asset regulation, with the company joining the Digital Pound Foundation in October 2021.
