The team responsible for managing President Donald Trump’s cryptocurrency endeavors has reportedly transferred almost $100 million worth of the TRUMP meme token to various digital asset exchanges. According to data from blockchain analytics firm Arkham, Trump’s team has already sent $92 million worth of TRUMP tokens to these exchanges.
Arkham’s analysis reveals that 80% of the token’s total supply has been locked up, with 10% set aside for providing liquidity and another 10% earmarked for public distribution. A significant portion of the tokens was sent to the TRUMP Liquidity Provider, which added liquidity on the Meteora platform. Additionally, 10% of the tokens were divided among three separate wallets: the Initial TRUMP Deployer, TRUMP Team Wallet 1, and TRUMP Team Wallet 2.
Shortly after the official announcement of the TRUMP token on President Trump’s social media accounts, two of the three team wallets began transferring tokens to cryptocurrency exchanges, presumably to be sold on the open market. This move occurred just hours after the initial announcement, with tokens being sent to exchanges such as Bybit and Kucoin from TRUMP Team Wallet 1 and TRUMP Team Wallet 2.
As of the latest data, the TRUMP token is trading at $61, with a fully diluted valuation of $61 billion. This significant trading volume and valuation indicate a high level of interest and activity surrounding the token since its launch.
